Thanksgiving

This marks our third Thanksgiving Weekend as a family of four and the gratitude we feel is immeasurable. We certainly don't need a holiday like Thanksgiving to feel gratitude, but we do need one to create an excuse to eat our body weights in stuffing. Mmmm, stuffing.
I was asked to bring something to my parents' house for Thanksgiving dinner that the kids of the family might enjoy for dessert. So, I made brownies.




Looks good, right?  However, there are more to these brownies than meets the eye.  Here's an inside look:





Those are OREO cookies fused together by peanut butter and baked INSIDE the brownie.  Yeah, that's right.  Decadence, my friends.
